Mobile Locksmith Pros provides professional locksmith services in El Paso, Texas, including but not limited to:

Automotive Services

- • Key fob programming
- • Ignition repair
- • Transponder key replacement
Commercial Services
- • Master key systems
- • Access control installation
- • Panic bar installation
- • High-security locks
Emergency Services
- • 24/7 emergency lockout
- • Rapid response (15-30 min)
- • Lock repair after break-in
- • Emergency rekeying
Note: Service availability may vary. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to: inability to verify ownership, suspected illegal activity, or safety concerns.
Proof of Ownership and Identification
IMPORTANT: Verification Required
To protect against unauthorized access and comply with Texas locksmith regulations, we require valid proof of ownership and government-issued identification for all services.
Residential Services
You must provide:
- • Government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, state ID)
- • Proof of residence (utility bill, lease agreement, property deed, mortgage statement)
- • Address on ID must match service location OR provide lease/ownership documents
Automotive Services
You must provide:
- • Government-issued photo ID
- • Vehicle registration or title matching the VIN
- • Proof of insurance with vehicle VIN
Commercial Services
You must provide:
- • Business authorization letter on company letterhead
- • Government-issued photo ID of authorized representative
- • Proof of business ownership or management authority
We reserve the right to refuse service if adequate proof of ownership cannot be provided. This policy protects you and complies with Texas locksmith licensing requirements.
Pricing and Payment Terms
Service Charges
- Service Call Fee: Charged for dispatching a technician to your location (typically $25-$50)
- Labor Charges: Billed based on service complexity and time required
- Parts and Materials: Charged at cost plus markup for locks, keys, and hardware
- Emergency Service: After-hours, weekend, and holiday services incur premium rates (typically 1.5x-2x standard rates)
Estimates and Final Pricing
We provide upfront estimates when possible. However, final pricing may vary based on:
- • Actual complexity discovered upon inspection
- • Additional services requested during the job
- • Unforeseen complications (damaged locks, broken keys inside locks, etc.)
- • Premium parts or hardware upgrades selected by customer
You will be informed of any price changes before work proceeds. You have the right to decline additional services.
Payment Methods
We accept:
- • Cash
- • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- • Debit cards
- • Digital payments (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle)
Payment is due upon completion of service. We do not provide invoicing or net terms for residential services. Commercial clients may arrange net-30 terms with approved credit application.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel service after our technician has been dispatched, you may be charged the service call fee. We understand emergencies happen - please call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Service Guarantees and Warranties
Our 30-Day Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from the date of service. If you experience any issues with our work (not including normal wear and tear or damage caused by external factors), we will return to fix the problem at no additional charge.
Parts and Hardware Warranties
Parts and hardware warranties are provided by the manufacturer:
- • Schlage locks: Limited lifetime mechanical warranty
- • Kwikset locks: Limited lifetime mechanical warranty
- • Yale locks: Varies by product (1-5 years)
- • Electronic/smart locks: Typically 1-3 year warranty
- • Keys: No warranty (consumable item)
We will assist with warranty claims on products we install. Manufacturer warranties do not cover damage from misuse, tampering, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does NOT cover:
- • Damage caused by customer misuse or neglect
- • Normal wear and tear
- • Damage from break-ins, vandalism, or weather
- • Modifications made by other parties after our service
- • Lockouts (warranty covers installation, not key loss)
Liability and Insurance
Our Insurance Coverage
Mobile Locksmith Pros carries general liability insurance and is bonded in accordance with Texas locksmith licensing requirements. We are fully insured for property damage that may occur during the course of our work.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobile Locksmith Pros' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:
- • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Loss of use, revenue, or profit
- • Damage to property not directly caused by our negligence
- • Pre-existing damage discovered during service
- • Damage caused by defective locks or hardware not supplied by us
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- • Ensuring we have safe access to work areas
- • Removing valuables from work areas before service
- • Disclosing any known issues with locks or doors
- • Securing your property after service completion
- • Following manufacturer instructions for installed products
Damage Claims
If you believe our service caused damage to your property, you must notify us within 24 hours. Claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence. We will investigate all claims and work with our insurance carrier if necessary.
Emergency Services Terms
Our 24/7 emergency locksmith services are subject to the following terms:
Response Time
We strive to respond to emergency calls within 15-30 minutes in most El Paso areas. Response times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather, technician availability, and distance. Response time is not guaranteed.
Premium Rates
Emergency services after hours, weekends, and holidays are charged at premium rates:
- • After hours (8 PM - 8 AM): 1.5x standard rates
- • Weekends: 1.5x standard rates
- • Major holidays: 2x standard rates
You will be informed of applicable rates before service begins.
Service Prioritization
Emergency calls are prioritized based on safety and urgency. Lockouts with children or pets in vehicles/homes, security emergencies after break-ins, and situations involving vulnerable individuals receive highest priority.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mobile Locksmith Pros or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use our content without express written permission.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues informally and amicably. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.
Arbitration Agreement
For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you agree to binding arbitration in El Paso County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
This arbitration agreement does not apply to disputes that may be brought in small claims court or claims for injunctive relief.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas.
Severability and Entire Agreement
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mobile Locksmith Pros regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email to customers with accounts or prominently displayed on our website.
Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
